    • OTT platforms
    • Streaming devices (including Roku and similar platforms)
  • Sublicense your content to:
    • Distribution partners
    • Advertising partners
    • Streaming platforms

8. MONETIZATION RIGHTS

PLAi TV may:

  • Insert ads
  • Charge subscriptions
  • License content
  • Generate revenue globally

9. CREATOR WARRANTIES

You guarantee:

  • You own all rights
  • Content is cleared for global broadcast
  • No copyright violations

10. PAYOUT TERMS

  • Net-30 payouts
  • Minimum threshold applies
  • Subject to fraud checks
  • Funds may be held up to 180 days

11. FRAUD & ABUSE

Prohibited:

  • Artificial traffic
  • Click fraud
  • Scam content

Violations result in:

  • Account termination
  • Forfeiture of earnings

12. CONTENT MODERATION

PLAi TV may:

  • Remove content
  • Suspend users
  • Enforce policies

13. DMCA COMPLIANCE

Copyright violations will result in removal.

14. AI CONTENT RULES

No deceptive AI or deepfakes.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

PLAi TV is not liable for indirect damages.

16. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to protect PLAi TV from legal claims.

17. ARBITRATION

Disputes resolved in Tennessee via arbitration.
